The Caparo Accles and Pollock team includes skilled aerospace technicians possessing technologically advanced and traditional craft skills and we recognise that training and development are essential for future advancement.

  • Brazing Caparo Accles and Pollock offer a range of fabrication and joining techniques.
  • Clean Room Assembly Our 10,000-class clean room consists of a change area and the clean room itself. To achieve the classification five fan filter units are mounted within the clean room ceiling, and have common speeds controlled via a roof-mounted controller.
  • Cutting End Preparation Machinery Caparo Accles and Pollock utilise specially designed end finishing and cutting equipment for weld joint preparation and precision finishing in tube diameters from 1mm to 200mm Diameter.
  • Leak & Pressure Testing Using a BOC Edwards Spectron 5000X-leak detector we can offer automatic leak detection facilities to meet the needs of our industry effectively.
  • Surface Finishes Using our approved supply chain Caparo Accles and Pollock can provide a range surface finishes and coatings.
  • Testing & Inspection Within the Caparo group Caparo Accles and Pollock carry out a variety of destructive and non destructive techniques.
  • Tube Bending & Manipulation At Caparo Accles and Pollock we consider ourselves to be class leading manipulators of all formable metallic grades of tube.
  • Tube Coiling & Forming Over many years Caparo Accles & Pollock have become known as specialists in low volume tube coiling. Alongside many of our customers we have developed coiled tubular assemblies for the Aerospace, Nuclear and Heat Exchanger markets.
  • Ultra Sonic Cleaning Due to the nature of the product and customers Caparo Accles & Pollock supply to, product cleanliness is a vital consideration.
  • Welding Caparo use the latest manual welding technology housed in clean room conditions to facilitate the “defect free” welding of Titanium, Nickel Alloys, Aluminium and Stainless and high alloy steels.
