Tube Coiling & Forming
Over many years Caparo Accles & Pollock have become known as specialists in low volume tube coiling. Alongside many of our customers we have developed coiled tubular assemblies for the Aerospace, Nuclear and Heat Exchanger markets. We coil tube to very close tolerance specifications over a wide range of materials and sizes with supported and unsupported bores.
We also have Roll benders that allow us to bend and coil a wide range of materials, in sizes varying between 12mm and 76mm diameter.
Our specialist engineers are also skilled in hand-bending techniques over a wide range of materials, sizes varying between 3mm to 38mm diameters.
In addition to the above we also employ press bending techniques.
