Clean Room Assembly
Our 10,000-class clean room consists of a change area and the clean room itself. To achieve the classification five fan filter units are mounted within the clean room ceiling, and have common speeds controlled via a roof-mounted controller.
Our purpose built manufacturing unit is provided with conditioned and filtered air to achieve environmental control. The ventilation system has been 'balanced' to achieve the required airflow rates and is temperature controlled. This allows us to undertake strictly controlled manufacturing and assembly projects on behalf of our customers.
The latest technology manual welding equipment is housed in clean room conditions to allow “defect free” welding of Titanium, Nickel Alloys, Aluminium and Stainless and high alloy steels.
