Tube Bending & Manipulation
At Caparo Accles and Pollock we consider ourselves to be class leading manipulators of all formable metallic grades of tube.
Utilising CNC multi-stack left hand, right hand, multi-stack all electric bending equipment directly integrated with a bespoke co-ordinate measurement system we can produce bend profiles that other suppliers would not consider.
The system enables automated measurement, “real time” feedback and auto-generation of bend programs and the ability to position brackets, half sleeves and fittings without the use of conventional fixtures.
Inspection reports and assembly data can be generated and stored.
Caparo Accles and Pollock can manipulate diameters from 2mm” 101.6mm in most alloys.
